Customer onboarding software
Cor builds AI onboarding software for customer success teams. Its video coach joins users on a call, watches their screen and walks them through complex software tasks, speeding up onboarding, training and feature adoption.
Luke has been a startup chief technology officer twice. He held the role at Uptick, building field servicing and building management software on Django and React, and then at ExpenseCheck. Luke managed engineering at Biarri Networks and later returned to Uptick as a software system architect. Before all of that he was a computational physicist at VPAC and Swinburne. He studied applied physics at RMIT.
Mantas spent four years at Google in Ireland and Lithuania, finishing as head of startup growth for new European markets. He then ran commercial teams as chief growth officer at Hometime and Send in Melbourne. He co-founded Breezit, an events marketplace, and led the Melbourne Xoogler community. At Cor he is chief executive.
Mantas noticed CX teams only had one way to hold onto customers: hire more people, which created as many problems as it solved. He and Luke are building the fix, so CX teams can scale without scaling headcount.
